The location is fantastic, right on the boardwalk with easy beach access. The elevators are painfully slow, and parking is a hassle. Indoor pool and lazy river were nice for downtime. Be prepared for some noise from the street at night.

I loved how easy it was to stroll to the boardwalk and reach attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and Family Kingdom Water Park, all within a 15-minute walk, plus the beautiful oceanfront balcony added to the charm of the stay, with comfortable beds and an inviting pool area completing the experience, but the checkout process was a bit chaotic and could be improved.

This hotel is just steps away from the beach, making it super easy to enjoy the sun and surf, plus it's conveniently close to attractions like the Myrtle Beach SkyWheel and Broadway at the Beach, allowing for endless exploration on foot; I was really impressed with our clean and cozy room that matched the pictures from the website and featured two private patios to enjoy beautiful views. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the lady at the front desk who made us feel very welcome, but I did notice the parking situation is a bit of a hassle since it’s a block away.

The spacious room had a lovely ocean view, which was a definite highlight. The kitchen was well-appointed with pots and flatware; fresh coffee each morning was a nice touch. the air conditioning unit struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. While the room felt clean overall, there could have been more attention to the floors. We appreciated the abundance of towels and the convenience of a washer and dryer in the hall. Noise from the street was disruptive at times, affecting our sleep. The lazy river and jacuzzi inside offered relaxation, although the hot tub could have been warmer.

I was really let down by the staff at this hotel. They were unfriendly and acted like I was bothering them. When I tried to extend my stay, they said no without offering any real help. Just a terrible vibe overall.

The oceanfront view was amazing, especially when sitting on the balcony in the mornings. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, which made our stay pleasant. On the downside, the lack of housekeeping for beddings and room cleaning during our five-day stay was a bit disappointing. It would have been nice to have those services provided at least once. the water pressure in the shower was not great, but considering the number of rooms they have, it was understandable. We also experienced some issues with the staff, particularly with one individual named Tom who was less than courteous. The elevators were slow, and the $100 security deposit was unexpected. The Starbucks nearby wasn't up to par, and there were some issues with the drawers in the bedroom.

The room was spacious and well-equipped; the full kitchen and large bathroom made our stay comfortable. The proximity to the beach was a significant advantage, and the outdoor area offered fantastic seating with a pleasant ocean breeze. The friendly, courteous staff enhanced our experience. Having a Starbucks on-site was a delightful bonus. the unsecured parking garage was concerning. The chaotic checkout process and lack of traffic control led to frustrating delays. Misleading room descriptions left us disappointed. While there were many positives, addressing these issues could elevate the experience. I appreciate the good moments, but my expectations for security and clear communication remain unfulfilled.

We also caught the awesome fireworks show at Broadway at the Beach, it was lit! And don't even get me started on the views from the top, jaw, dropping! Can't wait to hit up those attractions again!
More late, night party spots near the hotel would make the stay even more epic for us young party animals! .

Bay View Resort's beachfront access and proximity to local attractions are fantastic. we encountered a very cramped room, inconsistent housekeeping, and parking issues that were particularly challenging due to our circumstances. While the staff was friendly, the overall experience fell short of expectations.

Our family had a fantastic stay at a hotel near all the fun in Myrtle Beach. The amazing views truly proved to be breathtaking, making our visit even more memorable. We enjoyed exploring the local attractions such as Myrtle Waves Water Park and Broadway Grand Prix, especially the fantastic fireworks show at Broadway at the Beach.
My kids wished for more kid-friendly activities within the hotel.

Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly, making a great first impression. I loved the citrus smell in the clean elevators. The room was immaculate and the balcony seemed newly updated. I overheard complaints about other rooms; one guest mentioned broken furniture and dirty linen, which is a concern since rooms are individually owned. The pool area could use some attention—dirty water and trash in the lazy river. Still, the beach access and proximity to Starbucks made the stay enjoyable. I’d return, hoping for consistent quality across all rooms.

The location was wonderful - right on the beach, and there was a Starbucks next door for caffeine fixes. The Italian ice cart by the outdoor pool was a delightful treat on hot days.
As soon as we arrived, the poolside entrance was wet and slippery, and the front desk hassled us for a timeshare tour. The room had a broken bed and rusty appliances.

As low-budget travelers, we were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Bayview. The location was perfect, right on the Boardwalk with a great view of the ocean. The staff, especially Manager Thomas, provided amazing customer service and met all our needs. The property smelled amazing throughout and felt very safe. The amenities were awesome, and we loved the ability to walk to the shops and explore the area.
The room was a bit small, especially with two double beds.

Watching Rhythm of the Dance was magical. The staff was lovely and ensured a enjoyable stay.

the view from our room at Bay View Resort was amazing. we could see the ocean, beach, boardwalk, and all the lights from the shops and restaurants. we really enjoyed ourselves for three days and three nights. Lauren was very awesome with making it happen for us. the room was nice and smelling fresh. the jacuzzi and lazy river were relaxing. overall, we had a wonderful time.

the room was clean and the hotel is super close to the boardwalk - making it easy to walk to our favorite places to eat and shop. the hotel provided welcome packs with local attractions, and the housekeeping service was amazing; they replenished our towels and trash without entering our room.
Can't recommend highly enough.
